Getting to Our Gunma Base
We're located in Numata, Gunma Prefecture — 17 minutes by car from Numata Station.
By Train
Option 1: By Shinkansen
Tokyo Station → Jomo-Kogen Station (Joetsu Shinkansen)
Approx. 75 minutes
From Jomo-Kogen Station, take a local bus or taxi to the base.
Option 2: By Local Train
Tokyo/Ueno Station → Numata Station (via JR Joetsu Line from Takasaki)
Approx. 3 hours
From Numata Station, our base is 17 minutes by car from Numata Station (taxi available).
Reception and meeting point is in Nakahotchimachi, Numata. After check-in, it is roughly a 22-minute transfer to the Tone River put-in point where rafting begins.
